Enterprise Service Management

In addition to the above, the Contract Administration section holds regularly scheduled service meetings with the service vendors, prepares reports regarding call closure time and equipment performance and coordinates the request for quote process with Procurement Management, vendors and other ITS locations.

The Financial Services section assists in the development of the annual budget for all ITS locations as well as analyzes and tracks budgets and expenditures for the ITS locations. The Financial Services section is also responsible for processing purchase requisitions and invoices for all work locations assigned to ITS and coordinating with Network Expansion Services to monitor inter-location funds transfers for the purchase of district-wide network, telecommunications, and E-Rate equipment and services.
